Bulbous, covered stoneware jar. The body flares at the mouth. Its concave cover tapers to a raised, flared knob. The buff body is covered with iron red glaze, except where a wax-resist, calligraphic design has been brushed on both the jar and cover in black with yellow specks.Credit Line
