The original arrangement of the box, folder, drawer, etc. has been maintained in most cases. Exceptions include actions to confirm what subseries [Exhibition Records, Photographic Materials, Scrapbooks, or Video recordings] each object belongs to. In most cases, duplicate items were NOT scanned.
