Biography
Initially a painter and printmaker, Doris Hall and her husband, Kalman Kubinyi, founded Doris Hall Jewelry distributing home-fired jewelry throughout the Americas, South Africa and Europe. In addition to producing giftwares, Hall executed a few portraits with her preferred enameling technique of dry form. In dry form additional layers of color are dusted on the surface after the first fire for a spontaneous use of the medium.
